These terms and conditions apply to the GluHealth app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by TerPos Oy (referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service.

Acceptance of Terms. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. It is important that you read and understand them thoroughly before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modifying, or altering the Application or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not allowed. All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including trademarks and copyrights, remain with the Service Provider.

Modifications and Charges. The Service Provider is committed to making the Application as beneficial and efficient as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to modify the Application or introduce charges for their services at any time. Any such charges will be clearly communicated to you.

Data Security and Device Integrity. The Application processes personal data you provide to deliver the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. It is strongly advised against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as these actions can expose your device to malware, viruses, and other security risks, potentially affecting the Application`s functionality.

Internet Connection and Charges. Certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from lack of Wi-Fi or data limitations. If using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, you may incur charges from your mobile network provider, including data roaming charges. You are responsible for any such charges and must obtain permission from the bill payer if you are not the account holder.

Device and Application Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged. The Service Provider is not liable if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Application. Although the Service Provider aims to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third parties for some information. They accept no liability for any loss incurred from reliance on the Application's functionality.

Application Updates and Termination. The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. You will need to download these updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that updates will always be relevant or compatible with your device’s operating system. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may also choose to discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, (a) your rights and licenses under these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You should review this page regularly for any changes. Any updates will be posted here.
